DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
1. General Terms
These terms govern the delivery conditions and procedures for products purchased on our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Delivery
2.1. Products are delivered to the address specified in the order.
2.2. The cost and delivery time depend on the type of shipment chosen by the customer during the purchase process and specified in the order. Available delivery types vary by region. In some regions, the customer may choose between standard and express delivery.
2.3. Delivery times stated on the website are approximate. In any case, delivery is made within 30 days from the date of the contract. After receiving shipping confirmation, the customer can track the shipment status on the website and/or on the courier's site using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation.
2.4. After delivery by the courier, the customer (or a representative or other person specified by the customer) must check: the accuracy of the recipient’s details on the delivery receipt; and the integrity of the packaging and seals.
2.5. Any damage to the packaging, altered seals, and/or discrepancies in the recipient’s documentation must be immediately noted in writing on the delivery receipt.
2.6. Orders consisting of multiple products may be delivered in several shipments.
3. Delivery Costs
The cost of delivery is calculated at checkout and depends on the method and address of delivery.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing does not occur on weekends and public holidays.
5. Order Tracking
After shipping, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of the delivery.
6. Delivery Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, customs delays, etc.).
7. Returns and Exchanges
You may return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product has not been used and all tags and packaging are intact. Returns are at your expense unless the reason is due to our mistake.

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page.
